Overview

We are looking for a visionary Senior Product Designer to join our core team at Huma. You will be responsible for evolving our design system and crafting intuitive experiences for our global payroll and workforce management modules. As an early member of the design team, you will have a direct impact on how thousands of companies manage their most important asset: their people.

Responsibilities

Lead End-to-End Design: Take ownership of complex features from initial wireframes and user flows to high-fidelity, interactive Framer prototypes.
System Thinking: Maintain and expand the Huma design system, ensuring consistency across our dashboard, mobile app, and marketing site.
Collaborative Execution: Work closely with Engineering and Product Managers to ensure design feasibility and pixel-perfect implementation.
User Advocacy: Conduct user research and usability testing to turn data-driven insights into elegant UI solutions.

Requirments

Experience: 5+ years of experience designing SaaS products, preferably in the Fintech or HRTech space.
Technical Mastery: Expert-level skills in Figma and Framer, with a deep understanding of auto-layout, components, and advanced prototyping.
Communication: Strong English communication skills for presenting design rationale to stakeholders and collaborating with international clients.
Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating clean aesthetics, thoughtful UX logic, and successful product launches.
