Overview

GoodHR is building the next generation of HR platforms for distributed teams. We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to craft intuitive, scalable experiences used by global companies.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design from concept to final UI
Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces
Collaborate with product managers and engineers
Improve UX through research and data insights
Maintain and evolve design systems

Requirments

4+ years of product design experience (SaaS preferred)
Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking
Proficiency in Figma or similar tools
Experience designing complex dashboards
Strong communication skills in async environments
